1 garlic clove
1 carrot sliced thin
handful of shiitake mushrooms
1 scallion sliced
2 tablespoons White Miso Paste
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
fresh black pepper
1/4 tsp grated turmeric
2 cups water
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
In a separate bowl, add White Miso Paste. With a ladle of hot water, mix until creamy.
Add carrots, garlic, scallion, ginger, grated tumeric, and ground pepper to pot.
Add Miso Paste to pot.
Simmer for about 7 minutes or until carrots are soft.
Ladle into bowl, and enjoy!
