Almond Flour Biscotti

Ingredients

2 3/4 cup blanched almond flour

1/2 cup coconut sugar

4 tablespoons arrowroot

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 sea salt 

6 tablespoons water 

1/2 cup Lilys chocolate chips (optional)


Directions

Preheat oven 350' line baking sheet with parchment

In large bowl a whisk together almond flour, coconut sugar, arrow root, baking powder and sea salt.

Add water and mix to combine toss is chips (optional)

Shape dough into about 11 inches a log and bake 20-30 minutes until golden brown 

Let cool 30 minutes. slice 1/2 inch slices and lay flat on baking sheet bake 300' for 10 minutes than flip for 5 minutes
