Ingredients

8-10 apples ( you can mix them up) cored, peel, sliced thin

3 tablespoon raw honey or 2 tablespoons monk fruit sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

pinch sea salt 

2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (optional)

juice 1 lemon

1 teaspoon coconut flour

1 box grain free Granola  (I use PALEONOLA) 

1 tablespoon melted coconut butter or oil


Directions

Preheat oven 350'

I a small pan add apples and 1 tablespoon water saute for a few minutes add honey and on very low heat stirring constantly until apples are tender 5 minutes you do not want them mushy.

Take off heat pour apples into a pie plate. 

I a small bowl add granola and melted coconut oil mix will toss on apple mixture and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until crumble is golden brown. 

Serve with coconut cream or splurge with a little ice cream and always serve with love!
