3 Fennel Bulbs rinsed trim off stalks save the left fronds
cut into 1/2 in slices
1 tablespoon butter or extra virgin olive oil
1/3 grated parmesan
5 sprigs fresh thyme
sea salt and pepper
pre heat oven 375'
Trim and slice lengthwise about 1/4 inch you should get 3 to 4 pieces
place single layer in casserole dish brush soften butter or evoo .
Season sea salt and pepper top with grated parmesan and thyme.
Bake until golden brown about 25 minutes
