1 medium ripe banana
1 tablespoon maple syrup, honey (optional)
1 tablespoon evoo or coconut oil (melted)
2 tablespoons gluten free flour
2 tablespoons almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch sea salt (1/4 teaspoon)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks
I like to use a seprate bowl than pour it into the cup..but you can use the mug !
Mash banana, stir in extra virgin olive oil, egg, maple syrup and vanilla.
Add both flours, baking soda and sea salt. Fold in chocolate chunks.
Pour batter into mug and 10oz mug . With microwave on full power for 1 and 1/2 minutes - 2 minutes.
Eat it warm with drizzle honey maple syrup or I put a dusting of monk fruit powder sugar...enjoy
