Bananna Olive Oil Bundt Cake with Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients

CAKE

1 3/4 gluten free flour

3 tsp baking powder

3 ripe  banannas

1/4 cup almond milk or any non dairy milk you like\

3/4 cup evoo

2 eggs 

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

GLAZE

2 tablespoons coconut oil

2 oz chocolate chopped

1 cup monk fruit powdered sugar

2-4 tablespoon boiling water

Directions

preheat oven to 350'

1. Spray bundt pan with olive oil spray set aside

2. in a medium bowl whisk the flour baking powder and sea salt set aside

3. In another medium bowl mash banana well no lumps. add non dairy milk, evoo, vanilla, mix to combined 

4.whisk in sugar and eggs

5.now fold in banana mixture into dry ingredients 

6. pour batter into prepared bundt pan

bake  35-45 mins or until took pick comes out clean 

rest until slightly cool remove from pan cool

GLAZE

in a small pot add chocolate and coconut oil or vegan bittern low until chocolate has melted.

sift powdered sugar into a small bowl .

stir powdered sugar into chocolate adding a teaspoon of boiling water at a time to the texture you like to pour


COOL cake completely and pour yummy glaze
