Bannana Bread ..Healthiest ever!

This is my New Favorite thing to eat, bake, serve right now. 

It's easy to make and has no added sugar. Perferrrrt any time of day

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups almond flour

3 ripe bananas (1 1/4 cup mashed)

3 tablespoon almond milk

3 organic eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup flaxseed

1 teaspoon baking soda

pinch sea salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips plus 2 tablespoons to sprinkle on top.

( I use Enjoy Life )

Directions

Preheat oven 350 'Spray &Line a loaf pan with parchment paper with sides longer so you can lift it out easily.

In a large bowl whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla until combined.

Using a hard spatula mix in almond flour, flax meal, baking soda, and sea salt.

Fold in chips.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 50 minutes. Allow bread to cool for 10 minutes in the pan.

Slice and serve with love ..

I love to spread almond or my new favorite butter "Cashew" butter and maybe a few rasberries
