Basil Dressing


Prep Notes

This is my go to salad dressing. I make this 1x a week in a large jar and some nights I might add a a little lime juice, tahini, some shallots even a little rice vinegar + coconut aminos.

Ingredients

1 clove garlic, smashed and chopped

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Handful of fresh basil

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sea Salt

Pepper


Directions

In the bowl of a food processor, combine basil, garlic, EVOO, sea salt and pepper

Process until smooth.

If you prefer, you can use a pestle and mortar to combine ingredients.

 

Notes

This versatile and tasty dressing is great over salads, chicken, fish, and veggies!
