Prep Notes

This is a staple in my refrigerator. I add to chicken, fish, veggies and I add it to evoo and apple cider vinegar for a vinaigrette.  

Ingredients

1 cup parsley

1 cup mint 

1 cup basil 

pinch red pepper

1 anchovy

pinch sea salt 

squeeze fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil


Directions

In the bowl of your food processor add all ingredients except and pulse until smooth. Add evoo a little at a time.

Check for seasoning and store in an airtight container. 1 month.
