Broccoli Pesto Soup

This soup is a favorite on Fall RESET Cleanse .. 

But you can make it anytime

Yields

2-4 people

Ingredients



5 cups broccoli chopped

1 large zucchini chopped 

1 celery chopped

1 carrots chopped 

1 large onion chopped

4-6 cloves garlic smashed chopped

4-6 cups filtered water

Salt pepper to taste 



Pesto 

10 leaves basil 

1/4 cup parsley 

1 clove garlic 

1 teaspoon national yeast

About 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 





Directions

Pesto

In a small pan that almonds 

Toss in food processor with garlic until minced 

Add basil, parsley, garlic and nutritional yeast until combined add extra virgin olive oil 

Salt and pepper to taste



Instructions 

In a large soup pot add all soup ingredients bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 mins or until all veggies are soft .. 

Using a handheld blender blend until smooth now stir in creamy pesto 

Grab a spoon !!
