Brownie Batter Bites ( no-bake )

If your like me, when I make brownies they never go into the oven without a spoonful of batter for me ..I'm being honest here its not just a lick of the spoon! 

Thats what these babies taste like "that spoonful of batter"!

Ingredients

Base

15 dates ( I always use medjool dates)

2 tablespoons cacao powder

1/2 teaspoon your choice of dairy free milk

1 cup gluten free rolled oats

1/2 cup real maple syrup

For the top 

1/2 cup dairy free chips 

1 teaspoon coconut oil

Directions

Place all base ingredients into food processor and process until sand-like and sticky but not wet.

Press into 8x8 baking pan

Melt chips and coconut oil and pour over the brownie base.

Freeze for 30 minutes bofore serving.
