1 cut gluten-free oats
1/2 cup nut butter
2 tablespoons beet powder
3 tablespoon raw cacao powder
8-10 Medjool dates
Cacao powder for dusting
Add all ingredients in food processor scraping down sides.
I like to use a small ice cream scooper.
Scoop balls and lay on baking sheet pan and freeze 20 minutes
Eat now or store in fridge
