These brownies work great for Ice-Cream Sandwiches!!
30-35 minutes
8 oz dark chocolate
1/4 cup coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
4 organic eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
pinch sea salt
Pre heat oven 350
Grease 9" by13" baking dish with a little coconut oil and line with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth on medium heat stirring frequently.
Add coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla to melted chocolate remove from heat and let it cool.
In a seprate bowl whisk eggs, almond flour salt and baking powder.
When chocolate mixture is cooed add it to flour mixture and blend until smooth.
Pour into prepared baking dish and bake 30-35 minutes. Test with a toothpick to make sure they are cooked through!
