Cacao Chia Pudding

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 teaspoon Maca Root powder

1 tablespoon cacao nibs

1 teaspoon organic cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla (optional for additional sweetness)

1 tablespoon raw honey OR 1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 date, finely chopped

Directions

1. Whisk chia seeds and almond milk together.  Make sure the chia seeds are evenly submerged so it wont clump.  If you want additional sweetness, add honey or maple syrup and whisk until smooth.

2. Add Maca Root powder, cacao nibs, cocoa powder, and vanilla to mixture.  Whisk again for about one minute or until all ingredients are mixed.

3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

4. Sprinkle chopped date on top, and enjoy!
