Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Secret is after food processer dump rice in the middle of a clean dish towel and ring out excees moisture!!!



There is a lot of recipes out there for Cauliflower Pizza Crust mine is really good easy stays together, if you are like me I am a folder.

I like to fold my pizza this crust if perfect!

Cooking Time

25-35 minutes

Yields

1 ten inch pie

Ingredients

3 cups finely ground cauliflower rice 

1/2 cup  super fine almond meal (flour) 

1/4 cup Parmigiano or Nutritional Yeast

1 organic egg 

2 clove garlic minced (optional I am a garlic lover)

sea salt and cracked black pepper


Directions

Preheat oven 425 degrees line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper and light brush evoo.

If using premade cauliflower rice place in the barrel of food processor and pulse until resembles fine crumbs.

Transfer to a bowl, add the almond meal, Parmigiano (nutritional yeast), egg, garlic, sea salt, and pepper. Mix until soft dough forms

Press dough into pizza shape on prepared pan.

Bake for 25-35 until golden brown.

Top it with your fav I love a little sauce and salad od sautee' zucchini.
