Cauliflower Stuffing


Ingredients

6-8pp

2 large head cauliflower cutup into florets

1 carton Trader Joes Harvest Hash

5 sprigs fresh thyme chopped

4 fresh sage leaves chopped

1/4 cup chicken stock or turkey

2 tablespoons evoo

To make it next level 2 tablespoons butter

Sea salt pepper

3 tablespoons fresh parsley for garnish



Directions

Preheat oven 375’

Toss florets with evoo and lay flat on baking sheet pan

Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and carmelized 

Meanwhile in a large saute pan add evoo and butter if you want a little extra. Toss in harvest hash swishing with a wooden spoon to get everything coated. Add 1/2 the  thyme and sage and saute until tender.

When cauliflower is done add to saute pan add chicken stock simmer until evaporated.. Add the reserved herbs and seasoning if needed .

Pour onto your platter garnish with chopped parsley
