Chocolate Cookie Dough Energy Balls


Ingredients

2 cup gluten-free oats

2 cups unsweetened coconut flaked

1/2 cup almond butter 

1/2 cup raw honey

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup chocolate chips 

pinch sea salt

Directions

In the bowl of food processor pulse oats and coconut until coarsely ground.

Add the rest of ingredients.

Use a small ice-cream scooper scoop out dough roll into balls and freeze until solid.

You can eat them right out of the freezer or wait 2 mins to.

Store in freezer or fridge
