Chocolate Glazed Donuts

I sell vegan prepared meals at a store in Cresskill NJ Crush'd Garage .

The girls have been asking me to make donuts so "its time to make the donuts' and I have to say they are soo yummy. 

Easy to make you can add cinnamon, cocoa powder, or like I did a glaze.

I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

Ingredients

1 cup gluten-free oat flour

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 sea spoon sea salt

1/3 cup coconut sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 cup unsweetend almond milk 

Directions

pre heat oven 350'

In a medium bowl whisk oat flour, almond flour, baking powdered, baking soda, sea salt cinnamon until combined.

In a small bowl whisk lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla.

Pour it over dry ingredients, use a spatula to mix batter Batter should be thick but pourable add a little oat flour if needed or a little mllk if needed.

Place batter in a ziplock baggie cut off tip and pipe batter into non stick donut pan.

Bake 12-14 minutes. cool completely.
