Chocolate Protein Power Smoothie

I love chocolate and can't and won't give it up!!! 

But I found that if I want to fit in my cloths, feel fabulous , I had to change the way and how I eat chocolate. 

Everything has sugar in it really does, by the end of a day if you add up the amount of sugar youve eaten ( when you think I haven't had any sugar, you will be shocked) 

Example: 1 bananna has 14 grams of sugar vs 1 cup of cauliflower has 2.4 grams of sugar...CRAZY!!!

So why would you make a shake with cauliflower >>>ewh>>> your so wrong and this recipe will change ewh to yum!!

Ingredients

1 cup frozen cauliflower (steam than frozen)

1/2~ 1 scoop protein powder

1/2 cup dairy free milk 

1/2 cup water

2 ~ 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons coconut sugar or honey 

1 tablespoons almond butter


Directions

In nutri-bullet add all ingrediants and blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

* Very important*

Use must first steam cauliflower than freeze it.

This is what makes the shake luxuriously creamy!!!
