🌽Recipe
1 egg or 1 flax egg
1/3 cup vegan butter or butter
1/2 cup organic cane sugar
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup corn meal
3/4 cup gluten free flour ( I use bobs red mills blue bag)
🌽Optional.. 1 cup corn kernels
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1 tablespoons chopped chives.
🌽Directions
Preheat oven 350 and grease 8x8 baking pan
in a measuring cup measure almond mill combine apple cider vinegar stir in baking soda and set aside
in a large bowl whisk melted butter until smooth add egg .
Pour in almond milk mixture and both flours mix all to combine.
If you are using options now you can add them.
Pour into you prepared pan and bake 25- 30 minutes ..
