I use organic crushed tomatoes and organic no salt added in both.

2 15 oz can cannellini beans
1 28 oz can organic crushed tomatoes
3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onion
4 clove garlic crushed
1 teaspoon sea salt
pinch teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 cups filtered water
In a large heavy bottom soup pot add olive oil on medium high heat wait one-minute add onions and garlic saute' until soft and translucent. Stir in red pepper flakes Add beans and stir until combine. Add tomatoes and salt lets it come to a boil lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Now comes the creamy part. Using a handheld blender start the magic blend until you tomato and bean mixture becomes luxurious creamy tomato soup. ( If you are using a blender wait until soup is cool and work in batches)
