If you like crunchy you will love this salad. My verision of this salad gives you an asian flavor with grated ginger so it's great for you tummy. It's loaded with fiber so it keeps your belly and you head full for a long time. I love to play with the ingredients add more ginger, cilantro, add some beans maybe chickpeas. I always say I give you a recipe now make it your own!

1 cup cauliflower chopped
1 cup broccolli chopped
1/ 2 carrots grated
2 celery stalks chopped
1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
1/2 cup cucumber chopped
1 1/2 cup parsely chopped
1/2 cup red cabbage chopped
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 slice raw almond
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 tablespoon white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
pinch of salt
Dressing
1/4 cup fresh lemon
1/2 cup good olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
In a large bowl mix all ingredents together add dressing and enjoy!!!
