1 1/2 cup AP Flour or 1 3/4 cup gluten
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup kefir
pinch sea salt
PREHEAT Oven 450'F
In a large bowl whisk dry ingredients
Pour in kefir mix with heavy spatula until dough forms its shaggy at this point.
Dump dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth about 2 minutes.
Form your dough, place on parchment lined baking sheet pan.
Place on 2nd highest rack ( you don't want bottoms to burn)
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
let cool 10 minutes
