Ingredients

2 cups oat flour gluten-free

1 cup almond flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2/3 cup coconut sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 teaspoons lemon juice 

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 cup almond milk

Directions

pre heat oven 350'

Add the oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and baking soda, sea salt, and coconut sugar to a medium size bowl and whisk until uniform.


in a small bowl, mix togather the vanilla almond milk, lemon juice and almond milk. 


pour over dry ingridients and stir with a spatular. Batter should be thick but pourable if to think add a little milk or to thin add a little oat flour.

I like to use a plastic baggie and pipe into donut pan. Bake 12-14minutes. Cool completely before serving.
