Double Chocolate Peanut-Butter Banana Bread


Cooking Time

40-45 minutes

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas 1 for the top

1/2 cup peanut butter

3 eggs

2 tablespoons coconut sugar 

2 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup raw cacao powder

2 teaspoons baking powder

pinch sea salt 

1/2 cup dairy free chocolate or regular



Directions


Preheat oven 350' line with parchment paper 

In a large bowl with a fork, mash 2 bananas 

Whisk in eggs, peanut butter (leave out 2 tablespoons for the top), vanilla, coconut sugar  and maple syrup

In a separate bowl whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt

Now add the dry ingredients to the wet whisk until it's combined

Fold in chocolate chips 

Pour the yummy batter into the lined bread pan 

Drop peanut butter in 4 spots on top and with a knife drag through peanut butter to swirl on top.

Cut bananas in half lay flat on the top cut side facing up and you can sprinkle some chips.

Bake 40 -45 minutes Let cool before slicing...
