Fish Tacos


Prep Notes

Fish Tacos are my "jam" love love them and I use all different kind of fish. Salmon, Cod, Shrimp, Lobster whant ever you like. 

Ingredients

8 oz salmon

juice of 1 lime

pinch sea salt 

1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

in a small bowl mix together sea salt, chipotle and papricka and sprinkle on fish top side not skin side.

Notes

Preheat grill pan ..

Place fish on hot pan skin side down for 3 min or until crispy flip over remove skin and sprinkle more of chipotle mixture on fish cook until opaque about 3-5 min ( i like my salmon black and blue)

Remove from pan and using a fork pull apart your salmon or cute it into chunks
