1 cup chickpea flour or fava flour (ground chickpeas)
1 cup filtered water
1 tablespoon good olive oil
pinch sea salt and fesh pepper
In a large bowl add all ingredients mix well. Let sit for 20 minutes.
Drizzle a little olive oil in a medium saute pan on medium high heat ( use one you can put under broiler)
Pour mixture into pan spread evenly with spatula. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown and a little crunchy.
Place pan under broiler ( watch it that it does not burn) for about 10 minutes or until bubbles form and it looks amazing.
You can get creative with adding herbs and spices to your flat bread!
Rosemary, thyme, cunmmin, garlic. ginger, turmeric I can go on and on make it yours !
