Ingredients

2 1/2 cups of Walnuts

2 cups of Gluten free oats 

1 cup of Golden raisins

2 cups of Medjool dates 

4 tsp. of Ginger

1 tsp. of Nutmeg

2 tbsp. of Blackstrap molasses

Directions

In a food processor, add nuts and oats.

Pulse until it is a flour-like texture, then add the rest of the ingredients.
