I love love gingerbread everything.. So, of course, I was going to come up with a recipe for a snack that's a healthy great swap !

7 Medjool dates
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup flax meal
1/4 cup pecans
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
pinch clove
pinch sea salt
In the bowl of your food processor add all ingredients and pulse until mixture looks crumbly and when you pinch it mixture stay together About 3 minutes. Use a tiny ice cream scoop or tablespoon and make some balls.
You can roll them in cacao powder, crushed walnuts, hemp seed and really anything YOU like.
You made them so be creative...
You can store them in freezer or refrigerator.
