Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of Brown rice flour 

1/2 cup of Potato starch 

1/4 cup of White rice flour 

1/4 cup of Tapioca flour 

1 tsp. of xanthan gum (optional)

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together. 

Store in an air-tight container.
