4 cups water (boiling)
2 inch fresh Turmeric (grated)
1 inch fresh turmeric (juiced)
2 inch piece of fresh ginger (grated)
1 inch piece fresh ginger (juiced)
1 lemon (juiced)
pinch of cayenne or fresh black pepper
(optional) 3 tablespoons of raw honey ( I use Manuka)
In a small pot bring water to a boil add ingrediants and let seep for 10-20 minutes.
Than strain in a lovely pitcher store in fridge...
