Granola (Pumpkin)

Who doesn't love a little sprinkle of granola on yogurt, on ice cream, or right out of the jar? 

Simple Healthy Granola that's perfect for Fall! 

Perfectly crunchy and with tons of pumpkin flavor and fall spices.

Cooking Time

25 minutes

Ingredients

3 cups  rolled oats (GF)

1 1/4 cups walnuts or pecans

1/2 cup raw pepitas

3 tablespoons coconut sugar

pinch sea salt 

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/4 cup coconut oil or oil

1/3 maple syrup

1/3 cup  pumpkin puree


Directions

Preheat oven to 350'

Mix oats, nuts, seeds, spices, coconut sugar, and salt together in a large bowl.

In a small saucepan over low heat warm coconut oil, maple syrup, and pumpkin puree
