Grilled Cabbage with Tangy Slaw Dressing

 Take ithe idea of coleslaw and bring it up a notch!!!

Grilled Cabbage (who knew!!!) perfect for a cookout or bring to a friends potluck BBQ ....and the dressing has the right amount of tanginess and sweetness its a hit!

Ingredients

1 head of green cabbage or napa cabbage (cut in 8 wedges, keep core intact so leaves stay attached)

2 talespoons evoo

1/4 cup greek yogurt

1 scallion chopped 

2 tablespoons primal mayo 

2  teaspoons dijon mustard 

1-2 tablespoons applecider vinegar 

1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

slash of hot sauce

sea salt and pepper

Directions

Heat grill to medium 

Brush cabbage on all sides with olive oil. Place on grill turning until slightly charred and soften .

Meanwhile make dressing in a small bowl whisk yogurt, mayo, mustard, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, sea salt and pepper to taste set aside. 

when cabbage is done place on a serving platter sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and pepper and drizzle dressing top with chopped scallions
