Grilled Chicken and Avocado Burgers

Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

1 small avocados  mashed + chopped 

1 cup fresh cilantrochopped

1 medium jalapeño minced

2 cloves garlic minced

1 small scallot minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon sea salt



Directions


In a large bowl add all the ingredients for the burgers (be sure to mince the jalapeño and garlic, and  mash 1/2 avocado).Mix and mash and 1/2 chopped avocado everything together( I do it with your hands)  you can use a spoon, until thoroughly combined.Divide into 6-8 medium sized burgers. Use a pastry brush and gently brush a tad bit of olive oil over each burger for cooking.Grill until cooked through. Or cook on a fry pan over medium heat on grill pan.
