Harvest Hummus

Fill your fridge with healthy ready made foods like hummus and roasted veggies.  

Mix them together and you have a beautiful snack. 

This make a perfect FALL snack or when friends stop by.

Ingredients

1/2  roasted butternut squash

1 can chick peas drained and rinsed

1/4 cup avocado oil or evoo

1 teaspoon paprika

pinch sea salt

3 cloves garlic

juice 1 lemon 

Directions

In the bowl of your food processer add roasted butternut squash, 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed well, 1/4 cup avacdo oil or really good evoo,1 teaspoon paprika, 3 cloves garlic, pinch sea salt juice of 1 lemon.

Notes

Some more options 

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus- In the bowl of your food processer add 2 roasted red peppers, 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed well, 1/4 cup avacdo oil or really good evoo,1 teaspoon paprika, 3 cloves garlic, pinch sea salt juice of 1 lemon.  

Roasted Garlic Hummus- In the bowl of food processer add 1 head of roasted garlic, 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed well, 1/4 cup avacdo oil or really good evoo, pinch sea salt and fresh ground pepper  and juice of 1 lemon process until smooth!
