3/4 cup almonds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup grain free oats

1/4 hemp seeds

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoon cacao nibs

2 tablespoon Tahini 

1 teaspoon vanilla 

pinch sea salt
