1/2  cup quinoa flour

2 teaspoons psyllium powder

2 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons flax seed

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme, dried rosemary

1/2 teason sea salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

3 tablespoon evoo or avocado oil

pinch black pepper

pinch chili flakes

1 cup water

1 egg or flax egg
