Hollandaise Sauce ( vegan )

Yields

1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews ( soaked 2 hrs)

1/2 cup filtered water

3 tablespoons evoo

1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/4 ground turmeric

1 clove garlic

1/2 teaspoon sea salt 

 pinch black pepper 

Directions

Drain cashew and put them in  a high speed blender with the rest of ingredients and blend until smooth and yummy.
