Hummus and Veggie Roll Up

You can buy pre cut veggies in the super markert. It make it so easy to make this and your kids will love them too.

Tear off 2 collard green leaves and blanch

Ingredients

2 collards green leaves blanched 

2 cup of  mix veggies cut (match stick ) long and thin 

3 tablespoon hummus

1 tablespoon good olive oil

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Directions

Lay down flatten out collard greens spread hummus on greens top it off with veggies drizzle olive oil and vinegar. 

Now roll it up 'TA DA"
