4 Freezer
2 cups greek yogurt ( I used 2% fat fage)
2 tablespoons lime zest + extra for topping
Juice of 2 limes
1/3 cup honey
4 sheets graham crackers
Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper
1. crunch the graham cracker either in a baggie of by hand you want crumbs and a few larger pieces set aside
2. in a large bowl add yogurt, lime juice, zest and honey
3. mix 1/2 the graham cracker
4. spread mixture on prepared baking sheet about 1/4 inch thick and sprinkle. Sprinkle extra zest and grahams on top
5. Place in freezer for about 4hr
6. Take out of freezer and break into piece place pieces in an air tight container .
