1/2 orange
1/2 lemon
1 inch grated turmeric
1 inch grated ginger
pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 clove garlic
1 teaspoon raw honey
in a small glass add honey and cayenne. Juice the garlic, ginger, turmeric,orange, and lemon than pour into the glass.
if you do not have a juicer squeeze lemon, and orange into a the glass you added the honey and pepper.
Now add grated garlic, ginger and turmeric let sit of a few minutes .. Bottoms up !!
