Lentil Soup. Heart Healthy

Ingredients

2 cups butternut squash cubed

2 cup carrots sliced in 1/2 moons

2 cups potato chopped

2 cup celery chopped 

1 cup lentils

1 onion chopped

10  cloves garlic minsed 

1 tablespoon  thyme

1 teaspoon rosemary

4 cups water 

4 cups veggie broth  or you can do all water all broth

sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in your crockpot on high for 1 hour and low for 1 1/2 hours ..

Check 1 hour if it needs liquid
