This is my morning Squeeze if I don't have a Green Drink!

Mangos are full of fiber, vitamin C, and A. Cucumbers helps boost your digestion so in the morning that is a really great way to Start your day. With a dash turmeric which is a superfood, antioxidant, and empowers positive overall well-being.  This juice alkalize the whole body and gives you what you need to have an amazing day!

Ingredients

1 mango (peeled and pitted)

1 piece celery

1/2 cucumber 

generous pinch of grounded Turmeric or 1 tablespoon grated 

Directions

You can juice it or blend it..

Juicing: add all ingredients to the juicer.

Blender: add all ingredients to blender add a little water to make it thinner
