Marinated Beets

Ingredients

2 large precooked beets sliced

1/4 cup red wine vinegarĀ 

pinch sea saltĀ 

1 1/2 tablespoon raw honey


Directions

In a bowl whisk together vinegar, sea salt honey add precooked beets let rest and marinate.about 30 minutes longer the better.

You can store them in an airtight conatiner and keep in fridge.
