Over Night Oats (My 3 favorite ones)

1-2 servings

Ingredients

The Basic Recipe

4 tablespoons old fashion oats (gluten free ) or not

2 teaspoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons plain greek 

1/2 cup almond milk or any other milk you like

1 tablespoon maple syrup (not pancake syrup) or raw honey


Mix ins

Blueberry

1/4 blueberries 

1 teaspoon grated fresh lemon

1 big tablespoon blueberry and lemon quick jam

Bannana Nut

1/2 sliced bannana 

1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder

1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)

Chocolate Raspberry

2 teaspoon organic cocoa powder

1/2  teaspoon vanilla powder

1/4 rasberries

grated dark chocolate 




Directions

lAssemble Overnight Oats


In a jar or container layer oats, chia seed, almond milk than yogurt now you sweetness (maple syrup or raw honey or noting at all)

for blueberry and lemon add them now for banana nut add vanilla than bannana and nuts for chocolate and raspberry add vanilla powder and cocoa powder than rasberries and top with grated chocolate.

Screw on top and place in fridge overnite in morning with a spoon mix it up eat it cold or you can heat it up in a pan on stove or microwave. I like to garnish with a little of what ever the mix in you used.

Notes

I love to eat my overnite oats for lunch or sometimes I want comfort meal at night I eat one of these...
