Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Loaf (GF. GLT-F, DF)

30-35 minutes

Yields

10-12 slices

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups almond flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

pinch sea salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/2 nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon clove

1/4-1/2 cup maple syrup

4 eggs

1 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup enjoy life dark chocolate chips


Directions

Pre-heat oven 350  line loaf pan with parchment paper (I like to have it hang over sides so I can just lift it out)

In a large bowl whisk wet ingredient, then add dry ingredients.

Fold in chips.

Pour into prepared loaf pan, and bake 45-50minutes.

Toothpick test.


Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
