Pumpkin Hummus with kick...

Had unexcepted company stop by over the weekend. This is when you do the happy dance 'cause your pantry is well stocked! 


Yields

6-8 Servings

Ingredients

1 15oz can drained and rinsed

1 can organic pumpkin

1/4 cup EVOO

3 cloves garlic

juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons tahini

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon harissa

1/2 teaspoon raw honey

sea salt and pepper to taste 

3 tablespoons pepitas toasted


Directions

In the bowl of the food processor add garlic, chickpeas, pumpkin, lemon juice, tahini, harissa, EVOO, honey, and

 season with sea salt and pepper process until smooth and creamy,

Toast pepitas in a small pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with toasted tortilla @sietsefoods sprinkle with pepitas.
