Pumpkin Pie Bars (gf,v,)

Ingredients

CRUST

1 cup oat flour

1 1/4 cup almond flour

 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon maple syrup

4 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)

FILLING

2 1/2 cup pumpkin puree ( I uses Brads Organic )

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut sugar

2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

pinch sea salt

Directions

Preheat oven 350' line 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.

1. Add almond flour, oat flour, coconut sugar, pulse a few times than add maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
