2 cups almond milk

1 cup organic pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon almond butter

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 teaspoon gingerĀ 

1/2 teaspoon cinnamom

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

pinch of clove

2 -3 tablespoons organic maple syrup


Directions

Place all ingrediants in blender and blender until creamy.

Pour into a mug sprinkle a little cinnamon..
