Brownie Bites (raw)

"Yummmy" That is the word to describe these Raw Brownie Bites! 

They are chewy, chocolatey and hits the spot in satisfying your Brownie craving without any added sugar!

2 Brownie Bites have less than 100 calories, loaded with potassium, magnesium, and B6.

These chocolate and nutty bites are made with real food, remember that when your making a choice to eat healthily!


Yields

6-12 pieces

Ingredients

2 cups raw walnuts

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

pinch sea salt

1 cup soft dates  (10 Medjool Dates)

1 tablespoon water

cacao powder 

Add-ins 

1 scoop collagen 

1 scoop protein powder

1-2 tablespoons espresso 

Directions

In the bowl of a food, processer adds 3/4 cup of nuts and pulse until chopped pour them into a bowl set aside.

Add the remaining nuts and pulse until crumb-like. Toss in the rest of ingredients process until sticky dough. Add in the reserved nuts pulse to combine.

Scoop batter using a small ice-cream scoop about 2 tablespoons and place on a parchment-lined baking pan. Chill for 30 minutes.

 Store in freezer or fridge.
